Rights of the Homeless: A Primer on Homeless Rights

Special Thanks to the S.L. Gimbel Foundation Advised Fund at The Community Foundation who has recently awarded a $25,000 grant to the Barren River Area Safe Space, Inc. (BRASS) to enhance programming for financial empowerment for homeless domestic violence survivors. Funding will be used to increase job readiness, job placement and sustainability in the workforce.
